A little bit of effort can go a long way!

A quick look through the photography in most agents’ portfolios will demonstrate immediately the total lack of regard they have for their “valuable” subject. “The Norm” being cars on the driveway, a multitude of wheelie bins, recycling boxes, bin bags, shots with half the house missing, blurred and poor angle shots, more of next door etc etc.

Locally, there is a misconception that Alexander Watson ONLY deal with homes at the top end of the market. We believe that this is due to the fact that we make an enormous effort with every property entrusted to us. With attention to detail, individual thought given to grammar and description and the quality of presentation, every house looks at its most desirable and therefore NOT like the “norm”! The conception is a compliment.

We are obviously very proud, that to date, we have been winners in every industry award that we have entered. The awards have been open to all UK estate agents and therefore it must be rare (if ever) that such consistent wins are achieved! We advertise our clients’ homes prolifically and each member of staff is exceptionally experienced. We have Membership and Fellowship of the NAEA and subscribe to the Ombudsman scheme, now supported by the Office of Fair Trading. This should be your minimum requirement when employing an estate agent to sell your home.
